Spicy Salad Dressing
Preparing your own vinaigrette allows you to control the flavour as well as the fat content and is less expensive than store bought dressings. Our household standard for a dressing with a bit of kick!

1/2 cup Highwood Crossing Flax or Canola oil
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Orange juice
2 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 clove Garlic, crushed

Combine ingredients in a small glass jar or cruet,shake well. Refrigerate and use within 1 week.
