1 1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Highwood Crossing Instant Oat Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Ground Flax Seed*
1 Apple, chopped
*1 1/2 tablespoons of seeds grind up to the 3 tablespoons of ground flaxseed required for this recipe*
Bring water to a boil and add remaining ingredients. Cook for approximately 5 minutes and stir once or twice.
Makes 4 (1/2 cup servings).
