Ordering and Shipping

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard for settlement of your online orders. If you prefer to place your order directly by phone or email instead of online, please call our order desk at 403-652-1910 x103 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm MST).
All charges are in Canadian Dollars. As food items, our products are tax exempt in all provinces and territories. We are required, however, to charge GST and HST when applicable for shipping costs.
Your credit card is charged as soon as you place your order. If your order hasn’t been packed and shipped, we are happy to make any requested changes. Once an order has been packed and/or shipped, we are not able to make changes to that order.
We ship to every province in Canada; British Columbia (BC), Alberta (AB), Saskatchewan (SK), Manitoba (MB), Ontario (ON) Quebec (QC), New Brunswick (NB), Newfoundland (NL), Nova Scotia (NS), Prince Edward Island (PEI).
In order to offer you the best shipping rates available, we subscribe to a shipping service that searches many different couriers (UPS, Purolator, FedEx and CanPar) to find the best available rates. Because of our volumes, the shipping rates that we offer you are usually about 25% less than the courier’s regular published prices. Sorry we currently do not ship outside of Canada. Please call or email us if you require special or expedited shipping services.
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us to let you know that your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your bulk/spam/junk mail folder, as the confirmation email may have been delivered there. If the order confirmation email is not there, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
We make every effort to send out orders as quickly as we can, usually within 1 – 2 business days! However, we are closed Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, so orders paced on those days will not be processed until Monday morning.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your product or if you have receive a damaged package, please call us at 403.652.1910 (Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm MST). Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Your privacy is very important to us and we take every precaution to protect it. Our servers employ the latest technology to protect your identity and financial information. All transactions are encrypted for your protection. Additionally, once your transaction is complete, we do not keep or store your payment information.
