Easy Slow Cooker Steel-Cut Oats

Great to prep the night before and then wake up to an already made hot breakfast!

1 cup Highwood Crossing Organic Steel-Cut Oats or Organic Power Grains Cereal
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dates, chopped
4 cups water
1/2 cup milk

Lightly butter the slow cooker to prevent sticking. Add all ingredients and cook on low for 8-9 hours.

Makes approximately 4 servings.
