Creamy Salad Dressing

Preparing your own vinaigrette allows you to control the flavour as well as the fat content and is less expensive than store bought dressings.
Great for a salad or for veggie dipping.

2 tablespoons Highwood Crossing Organic Canola Oil or Flax Oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar or lemon juice
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine the above ingredients in a small glass jar or cruet and shake well. Refrigerate and use within 1 week.
