Chickpeas make hummus a healthy dip or spread full of protein and fiber – perfect scooped with flatbread.
1 19oz. can chickpeas, drained
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons Highwood Crossing Organic Flax Oil
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Puree chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, flax oil, tabasco and cumin in a food processor or blender until mixture is smooth.
