Raspberry Maple Salad Dressing
Preparing your own vinaigrette allows you to control the flavour as well as the fat content and is less expensive than store bought dressings. Maple syrup and raspberry are a perfect pair.

1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoons Highwood Crossing Organic Canola Oil

Combine the above ingredients in a small glass jar or cruet and shake well. Refrigerate and use within 1 week.
