Organic Artisan Bread & Pizza Flour


This top quality organic flour was milled specifically with artisan bread and pizza lovers in mind. It has a little higher protein content, and therefore gluten, than our regular Unbleached All Purpose Flour and produces great results when baking breads, pizza dough, bagels, flat breads, pitas, rolls and especially artisan sourdough.

You may also notice that this flour has a finer grind making it more like an Italian 00 in consistency. Regardless, we know you will love the results. It is milled from Canada #1 organic Hard Red Spring Wheat and is enriched with niacin, iron, thiamine, riboflavin and folic acid to meet Canadian Government regulations.
